Managers will need to create an account to use the training facility.  The password to enter the reservation system is TLLbaseball.  The facility is to be used by all teams and the schedule system is created to create fairness across all teams providing access for all teams from T-Ball to Juniors.  It is a use it or lose it system and reservations must be made to use the facility, please don't go in during open time slots.

• Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance.  
• Reservations can only be made by team managers for their team. 
• Each team can reserve 2 hours per week of batting cage time and 2 hours per week of pitching mound time.  No additional use outside of the scheduled time.
• Teams scheduled to play within 1 hour of game time have priority of cage time regardless of reservation (First 30 minutes for Home Team, Second 30 minutes for Visiting Team).
• There are 3 batting cages which means there are up to 3 team slots available.
• There is 1 pitching facility and up to 2 team can use the facility at 1 time.
