MANAGERS, COACH'S, PARENTS, SNACK SHACK WORKERS AND SCOREKEEPERS:
We have had several concerns arise regarding the location of Score Sheets and Game Summary Logs for the Training, Minor and Major Divisions. All of these forms for score keeping are located in the snack shack to the immediate right of the entrance door in their corresponding binder for the appropriate division(s).
After the game has been completed and scoring is finished, please put the completed score sheets back in the book where you found them! Please take a picture of the Game summary sheet and email to your Division Scorekeeping Manager and place the completed Summary Sheet in the binder with the Score Sheet.
Chairs in the scorekeeping box are designated for the Scorekeepers ONLY!
Lastly, please log out of Gamechanger when you are finished scoring the game if you are using the League's iPad to score the game.
The latest version of the Manager on Duty schedule and instructions are now on the website. Please review these documents carefully to make sure you are clear on when you will need to provide Manager on Duty responsibilities.
If you have any questions around the instructions or schedule, please contact Matt Crew directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you.
Now that the season has started, please make sure to mark your calendars for the upcoming Picture Day which is schedule for March 8th (Sunday). Below are the specific times for each team.
